Accessibility

Accessibility Statement

Events bring people together — websites should too. We want every visitor to be able to use this site comfortably, regardless of ability or technology.

Our target

We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, across this website.

What we’ve built in

  • Semantic structure: landmarks, a logical heading hierarchy, and named regions.
  • Full keyboard operability, a skip-to-content link, and visible focus indicators.
  • Color contrast designed to meet AA for text and interactive controls.
  • Form fields with programmatic labels, clear error messages announced to screen readers, and no time limits.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
  • Motion and reveal effects that respect your “reduce motion” system preference.
  • Responsive layouts that support zoom up to 200% and small-screen use without horizontal scrolling.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is a practice, not a checkbox. We review new pages and content against our target as the site grows, and we welcome being told where we’ve missed.

Tell us if something isn’t working

If any part of this site is difficult for you to use — with a screen reader, keyboard, magnification, or anything else — please tell us. Email info@bemaiproductions.com or call 321.236.2408, and we’ll work to fix the barrier and help you get what you came for in the meantime.
